I’m Savane, an illustrator and animator who’s also a busy mum to a lively 2-year-old toddler. Between chasing after my little one and working hours here and there, I realized I’ve been neglecting my own creative side for far too long. It’s time to change that!
As a mum, I sometimes feel lonely, overwhelmed with tasks, and longing to reclaim a bit of individuality. It’s a feeling I think only mums can truly understand—balancing so much while still wanting to hold on to a piece of yourself. That’s what this channel will be about: carving out a space for creativity and self-expression, no matter how small.
I want to start creating again—bit by bit, one tiny step at a time. While I’ve spent years illustrating for others, I’ve never had the chance to bring my own book ideas to life. But now that I’m a mum, I’m full with stories and ideas, and I’ve decided: why not go for it?
With my time stretched thin, I’ll be calling on every helper I can find—including AI tools—to make the process faster and smoother. My goal? Dedicate just one hour a day to turn this dream into reality.
